Donor Recommendation Form

Making a grant from your donor advised fund is very easy.  Simply fill out the donor recommendation form below and either mail or fax it to our office.  Once we receive your form, our office will mail the grant along with a letter to your charity of choice.  Grants are typically made within 1 week.  If you need it processed sooner than that, please call our office, 785-534-1126.

Community foundation awards over $51,000 in grants

BELOIT, Kan.— Over $51,000 was awarded to 21 charitable projects in Mitchell County during the Solomon Valley Community Foundation’s spring grant cycle. Grants were funded through the Dane G. Hansen Community Grant Fund and the Community Impact Fund for Solomon Valley. Solomon Valley Community Foundation scholarships available

  The Solomon Valley Community Foundation is now accepting scholarship applications for the 2019-2020 school year. Three scholarships are available to students in the Mitchell County area. Fine Arts Future Development Higher Education Scholarship, for graduating high school seniors in the Solomon Valley area, including Mitchell, Cloud and Jewell Counties, who are pursuing a major in instrumental music or art.
