Donor Recommendation Form

Making a grant from your donor advised fund is very easy.  Simply fill out the donor recommendation form below and either mail or fax it to our office.  Once we receive your form, our office will mail the grant along with a letter to your charity of choice.  Grants are typically made within 1 week.  If you need it processed sooner than that, please call our office, 785-534-1126.

Solomon Valley Community Foundation accepting grant applications

The Solomon Valley Community Foundation is now accepting applications for fall grants. Online applications are available now and due August 1, 2019. Over $50,000 is available to charitable projects in Mitchell County. Grants will be awarded from the following funds: Dane G. Hansen Community Grant Fund – available for programs and projects that address education, health care, community social services and security, conservation and environment, arts and culture, and community beautification.Community Impact Fund for Solomon Valley – available for projects that improve the quality of life for Mitchell County residents.
