Dane Gray Hansen was born in Logan, KS on January 6th, 1883. He lived his entire life in Northwest Kansas and had a true love for his family and his community. Dane was civic-minded and although he never married or had children of his own, he displayed a special interest in promoting education and helping youth succeed.

Mr. Hansen passed away in 1965, leaving $8 million in a trust.
